While 40 teams attempt to ascend as far as possible into the Brigittenau Bay in their creative, self-made flying objects in the world's funniest flying competition, the “Casino Area” directly next to the airfield’s main terminal awaits guests to the event from 10.00 to 18.00 with the biggest roulette game in town.
Casino promoters dressed in pilot-look will be circulating around the event site with dice. With a little luck, the quickest to spot them will take part in the Giant Roulette game by throwing the dice and securing their chance to win attractive prizes. Participation is possible from the age of 18. With a little luck, those who bet on the right number will win the main prize in the big draw at 12.30.
The lucky winner can look forward to a short break in one of Austria's most beautiful casino destinations: two nights for two in Salzburg with an exclusive guided tour of Hangar-7 at Salzburg Airport, dinner at the award-winning “Ikarus” restaurant and € 25 each in welcome chips for an eventful evening at Casino Salzburg.
Dieter Türmer, head of Marketing & Customer Management, sums up Casinos Austria's sponsoring commitment at one of the coolest events of the year: “As a sponsor, we would also like to rev up the Red Bull “Flugtag” with an exciting array of entertainment to demonstrate once more that Casinos Austria can do one thing above all: provide thrilling experiences. And this will also be the case at this particularly spectacular event, which will be happening in Vienna for the first time in nine years”.
The Casinos Austria casinos are situated in 12 unique locations and provide a wide range of entertainment. A visit to the casino offers exciting experiences featuring roulette, blackjack, poker and a wide variety of slot machines.
