Please note that out of consideration for our guests, filming and photography in the casino is only possible to a limited extent during gaming operations. To this effect, we would like to draw your attention primarily to your obligation to observe gaming secrecy in accordance with § 51 of the Austrian Gaming Act. Accordingly, it is not just the organisers of the gaming monopoly but also their contractual partners and others working for the organisers who are obliged to maintain secrecy concerning the players and their participation in gaming (whether they win or lose). The personal rights of our guests, in particular the protection of a person’s image (§ 78 Copyright Act), must also be protected in any case.
Should Casinos Austria AG, for whatever reason, become liable for damages due to a breach of the obligations owed to you, we shall be obliged to indemnify and hold you harmless.
Please understand that we must charge a flat-rate fee per motif for the effort on the part of the individual casinos. The fee depends on the respective casino.
