The successful certification according to the Global Gambling Guidance Group’s strict standards is internationally recognised proof of the quality of the Casinos Austria Group’s comprehensive player protection measures. The Casinos Austria and Austrian Lotteries Group completed the initial audit with a remarkable result of over 95 percent of the maximum possible points. Particular recognition was given to the corporate culture; the responsible handling of gaming is deeply rooted in its values and processes. The Group’s employees have extensive knowledge and a deep understanding of responsible gaming principles and implement them effectively in their daily work.
Another strong signal for responsibility
The G4 certification is recognised worldwide as a benchmark for responsible gaming and sets strict standards for the prevention of gambling addiction, employee training and transparency. The Group meets the highest standards of the European Casino Association, the European Lotteries and the World Lottery Association. With the G4 certification, it has received additional confirmation of the effectiveness of its extensive activities in the area of responsible gaming. Individual casinos and WINWIN outlets as well as the Group’s headquarters on Rennweg in Vienna were audited.
