These Terms and Conditions of Participation apply to the prize game organised by Casinos Austria AG, Rennweg 44, 1038 Vienna (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Organiser’). Participation in the prize game is governed exclusively by these Terms and Conditions of Participation.

The prize games are organised by Casinos Austria AG, Rennweg 44, 1030 Vienna (‘Casinos Austria’).
GOLD Card holders will receive an entry card for the prize game when registering at the casino on the day referenced above upon presentation of their barcode from their Members Day newsletter.
On the date of the prize draw, one entry card will be drawn at each of the times stated above. The entry cards drawn will be checked for validity and are only valid for the prize draws on the above-referenced draw date. Invalid tickets will immediately be removed from the draw and a new draw carried out. The first name or surname shown on the entry card drawn will be called out in an announcement in the casino hall. Entry cards that have already been drawn will not be returned to the prize draw box. The person whose name is called must present himself/herself at the place of the draw by the time announced in the hall and produce identification. The person will then receive one of the prizes listed above. If the person called does not appear in person by that time, a new draw will be carried out.
The prerequisites for participating in the prize game and participants’ entitlement to collect prize winnings are membership in the Glücks Card bonus programme, the fact that the recipient is GOLD level on the date of the GOLD Members Day, and presentation of the barcode from our newsletter mailing.
Participants accept the terms and conditions of the promotion displayed in the casino by depositing their entry cards in the prize draw box. The entry cards must be placed in the prize draw box provided by the above-referenced draw date. In the event their name is drawn, participants expressly agree that their first name and surname may be announced in the casino hall.
Employees of Casinos Austria AG and Cuisino GmbH, as well as any associates involved in the promotion, are not eligible to participate. The casino management makes the final decision regarding all aspects of the prize draw, in particular with regard to eligibility to participate, the validity of the entry cards and the prize draw procedure. Recourse to courts of law is excluded.
Casinos Austria AG reserves the right to discontinue or terminate the promotion within the promotion period without stating reasons or to exclude participants from the game, in particular in the event of a violation of these terms and conditions of participation.
We would like to point out that legal or official regulations to prevent the spread of diseases (e.g. COVID-19, etc.) may come into force during the promotion period, which may completely prohibit the promotion from taking place during the promotion period, make participation unreasonably difficult for casino visitors or make adjustments or postponements necessary. Should Casinos Austria AG be prevented from carrying out the promotion due to force majeure, these terms and conditions of participation will be unilaterally adapted. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, the impossibility of implementing the promotion due to legal or official orders or exceptional natural events such as epidemics or pandemics (e.g. COVID-19).
Should any provision or part of a provision of the terms and conditions of participation be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions and the terms and conditions of participation. Austrian law governs exclusively with respect to the implementation of the promotion, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and Austrian conflict of law rules.
The liability of Casinos Austria AG and its executive bodies, employees and vicarious agents arising from or in connection with the promotion, regardless of the legal basis thereof, is limited to cases of intentional acts or omissions and gross negligence, with the exception of personal injury. Casinos Austria AG accepts no liability for lost chances of winning.
Casinos Austria AG processes the following personal data solely in line with all applicable national and European data protection regulations. Casinos Austria AG processes the personal data of participants as described in the sections “Modalities” and “Eligibility” above for the purpose of implementing and processing this promotion and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions of participation. This includes, in particular, the contact details required to notify the winner and, in individual cases, additional information such as information on the issuing of entry cards, visits to the casino and membership of the Glücks Card programme, to the extent this is required for operating the prize game in accordance with these terms and conditions of participation as described above. The processing of personal data is based on Art. 6 (1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract).
Personal data is processed for as long as is absolutely necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it is required. Any further storage may result from legal obligations or any pending administrative or judicial proceedings.

Casinos Austria accepts no liability for the technical availability and proper function of the prize game. This applies in particular, but not exclusively, to cases in which, for technical or legal reasons, proper realisation of the prize game is made more difficult, is adversely impacted or becomes impossible. Casinos Austria accepts no liability for lost chances of winning. There will be no correspondence about the prize game. Recourse to the courts is excluded.

Should any provision or partial provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be deemed invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remainder of such provision or of the Terms and Conditions of Participation as a whole.
