Participation in the prize draw and the ensuing entitlement to win a prize are subject to membership of the Casinos Austria Members’ Club, presentation of the bar code from our mailing or newsletter, as well as consent to receive personalised mailings within the framework of the Casinos Austria Members’ Club. Consent to receive mailings must be linked to a valid email and/or postal address.
Staff of Casinos Austria AG, Cuisino GmbH, and any parties involved in the promotion are not eligible to participate. The management of the casino has the final decision on all aspects of the prize draw, including but not limited to eligibility to participate, validity of the tickets, and the draw process. The organiser's decision is final.
Casinos Austria AG reserves the right to suspend or terminate the promotion during the promotional period without stating reasons and to exclude participants, especially in the event of any violation of these terms and conditions of participation.
Please note that legal or regulatory provisions adopted to prevent the spread of diseases (e.g. COVID-19) may come into force and prohibit the promotion in its entirety or make participation unreasonably challenging for casino visitors or require adjustments or postponements during the promotional period. These terms and conditions of participation will be unilaterally amended if Casinos Austria AG is prevented from conducting the promotion for reasons of force majeure. Force majeure includes but is not limited to implementation of the promotion being rendered impossible due to legal and regulatory orders or exceptional natural events such as epidemics or pandemics (e.g. COVID-19).
If any provision of these terms and conditions of participation is invalid in whole or in part, then this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provision or the terms and conditions of participation. This promotion is exclusively subject to the law of Austria to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and any conflict-of-law rules.
